The clutter. We have chosen what we think is important to busy property lawyers. We do not claim to cover every single property law development - this is a site for busy lawyers, not for librarians and PSLs! There are other services on the market that provide 101% coverage - but that is not our aim (and we do not attempt to compete with them). If you do want such a service, we strongly recommend the Practical Law Company's property service: it is by far the best offering on the market.

Here you will find conveyancing guides, written by leading practitioners. Subscribers can download and print them free of charge. We currently have guides on LTA 1954, Pre-contract, Contract & Exchange and Commonhold, with more being added in the coming months. These are practical guides, specifically designed for commercial and residential conveyancers.
