On 31 October 2005, the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) launched new interactive versions of the Lenders' Handbooks on its website. The Lenders' Handbooks provide comprehensive instructions for conveyancers acting on behalf of lenders in residential conveyancing transactions. The new website will improve the way in which pages are accessed as well as making it easier to update its specific instructions. To do this, lenders are being asked to provide contact details of two members of staff who will be responsible for updating the instructions. For more information please visit CML's website
