- Eight times a year we publish an online module - each module consists of 15 questions and their relevant property-related commentaries. We advise you to print out the module and work out your answers.
- You then go online, log in, and enter your answers.
- If you attain 60% or more correct answers, you will receive 1.5 hours' CPD accreditation for each module. Successfully completing all eight moduless will give you twelve hours' CPD.
- You do not have to complete the module in one go; you can come back at any time.
- When you complete the module you will get on-screen confirmation. Your CPD record and hours accrued are displayed for you so you can easily monitor your progress over the CPD year. You may print out your CPD record at any time. It couldn't be easier (or cheaper)! You can sign up here.
