Make sure that you throw out the old LTA 1954 forms that have been replaced as from 1 June. In particular there is a revised T’s request for a new tenancy, and there is a new L’s notice under s25. Importantly, note that Reg 3 says that a form which is ‘substantially to the same effect’ as the prescribed form will suffice!
