Upper Tribunal - no judicial review Print

The Upper Tribunal (which hears appeals from First-tier Tribunals) is not subject to judicial review by the High Court. This is because the UT does, itself, exercise a judicial review function over First-tier Tribunals. Cart & ors, R v Upper Tribunal [2009] EWHC 3052 (Admin).
