CML - incentives Print
A reminder that the Council of Mortgage Lenders altered its standard industry conveyancing instructions in September, so you must obtain a ‘disclosure of incentives form’ from the developer’s conveyancer. The obvious purpose of this is to ensure that any discounts or other incentives (eg cash-back offers, costs contributions, etc) are disclosed and can therefore be taken into account on valuation.
